Solar desk is a crash course on hands-on learning of circuits and technology related to solar energy and other future technology like drones, wind energy, and coding.

Solar Desk's Education Programs encourage student collaboration, intercultural understanding, creative and critical thinking, and inspire students to consider how innovative design solutions can transform lives.

All of their programs have been developed by educational experts in line with the UN Sustainable Goals.

This is a "Hands-on" activity in which the students will learn about electricity.

We would be creating "Paper Circuits" using individual kits containing the required materials.

The unique advantage of paper circuits is it blends art, creativity and circuit basics together.

We will be learning basic circuits, the process of building them and seeing them work, and lighting up the LEDs.

This is a "Hands-on" activity in which the students will learn about Solar Energy and its potential usage.

With individual kits delivered to the students, they will learn how to assemble the Solar Lights and see it work. The light they will put together runs for over 12 hours plus at medium bright light intensity.

It has four modes of light operation and is Portable, water-resistant, and has been widely used in refugee areas across borders.

The light once assembled will be returned back to Solar Desk who will check it for quality control and then hand it over to an NGO they work with involved in the electrification of rural areas.
